We apply Functional Patterns and physical therapy through a four-step process designed to identify and address the root causes of your biomechanical imbalances. This process is repeated as needed to ensure you receive precise, customized programming that evolves with your body’s needs—helping you move optimally and live pain-free.

1. Posture and Gait assessment
The initial assessment analyzes how you move through space, including your standing posture, walking and running mechanics, and functional movements such as bending, reaching, and twisting. This process helps identify your movement limitations and serves as the foundation for creating a personalized training program. Reassessments will be conducted quarterly for objective improvement measures

2. Manual therapy and self myofascial release
Manual therapy is a hands-on, full-body approach to physical therapy that addresses restrictions in soft tissue, joints, and the neural tissue. Treatment focuses on restoring balance to the neuromuscular system by activating inhibited muscles and releasing tension in overactive ones. Clients are also taught self-myofascial release techniques for ongoing care and maintenance.

3. Integrated corrective Exercise
We will apply Functional Patterns exercises to apply enough stimulus to your tissues to fundamentally change your structure and movement. These techniques have been developed by founder Naudi Aguilar with the intention to replicate the mechanics of the best athletes in the world and upload these sequences to your body using slow, controlled movements. These techniques are extremely detailed and require a practitioner’s trained eye to execute properly to ensure maximum efficacy with minimal risk.

4. Dynamic exercise
Once a base of movement has been established, you will be taught how to apply your newfound muscular connections dynamically with Functional Patterns dynamic exercises and functional activities. This is where you realize the potential of your new movement capabilities and transfer them to real-world scenarios.
